Product Details

JF10 is an anionic fluorinated surfactant that can provide highly effective surface activity at very low doses. It is developed based on six-carbon chain technology and will not decompose into perfluorooctanoic acid, perfluorooctane sulfonic acid and its ammonium salt (PFOA/PFOS) to cause environmental problems.

JF10 can be stable in harsh environments, especially strong acid environments. It has low foaming, no PFOS/PFOA, and can reduce surface tension. Therefore, it can show excellent performance in harsh formulations (such as strong acid, oxidizing, and reducing), reduce processing time, improve efficiency, and prevent plating solution carryover.

Application:

1. Plating tank: improve the wetting performance of the plating solution, form a micro bubble film on

the surface of the plated part, and inhibit the formation of chromic acid mist;

2. Metal treatment: cleaning, rust removal and pickling;

3. Emulsification: fluorine monomer emulsification synthesis additives, such as polyvinylidene fluoride

(PVDF) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) emulsion or powder;

4. Thin film antistatic agent.
