HC614

HC614 is a C6 oil and water repellent fabric finishing agent suitable for the finishing of natural fibers, chemical fibers, and blended fabrics. Treated fabrics exhibit excellent waterproof and oil-proof effects, as well as good washing resistance.

Product Characteristics

Application Method

HC614 can be applied via spraying using spray or foam application equipment. It can be air-dried at room temperature, and heating during drying further improves water resistance.

Dosage: Determined as needed, diluted with water to 1–20% concentration without affecting spraying.

Precautions

Note: Actual dosage may be adjusted based on required performance.

1. Ensure the fabric surface is dry and clean (free of residual chemicals or other substances) before spraying to avoid performance issues.

2. Stir thoroughly before use and dilute with qualified tap water.

3. After spraying, fabrics can be air-dried at room temperature. Heating in a warm room optimizes performance.

4. Store at -5°C to 40°C to prevent freezing. After opening, seal tightly to prevent volatilization, and avoid open flames or direct sunlight.
