HC-171 is an amphoteric partially fluorinatedsurfactant that significantly reduces the surface tension of aqueous solutions. HC-171 enables the formation of an aqueous film that is distributed over the entire surface of the hydrocarbon.

| Storage Stability: | HC-171 should be stored at temperatures above 0℃. If frozen or a solid phase separates out of the product, warm the product to roomtemperature and mix it well before use. Freezing and thawing will not affect the properties of the product or its performance.. |
Product Safety:
HC-171, a C6 fluorotelomer surfactant, cannot degrade into PFOS or PFOA.
HC-171 is not an irritant on skin.
It is a minimal irritant on eyes.
Precautions and First Aid:
HC-171 should be handled with good industrial precautions. Safety goggles and rubber gloves, as well as protective clothing suitable to avoid skin contact should be worn. In case of contact with eyes, flush eyes with plenty of water and consult a physician. In case of skin contact, wash skin with plenty of water and soap.
