Fluorine-free foam (FFF) is an environmentally friendly foam fire extinguishing agent that does not contain any fluorine element. It is composed of a variety of surfactants and additives and can be used to extinguish various non-water-soluble fuel fires.
Fluorine-free foam fire extinguishing agent is prepared from hydrocarbon surfactants, special surfactants, antifreeze agents, solvents, calcium and magnesium ion chelating agents, water, etc.
Mixing ratio:
The mixing ratio can be based on customer needs, and can be produced with a mixing ratio of 1% to 6%.
The mixing ratio of 1% AFFF and water: foam fire extinguishing agent: water = 1:99.
Product Features:
The various surfactants used in this product are the result of more than 20 years of experience in new molecular structure design, optimization of synthesis conditions, and improvement of production processes. They are made by selecting various chemical basic raw materials and then compounded with necessary additives to produce a cost-effective product. They have the characteristics of good sealing performance, fast fire extinguishing, and long anti-burning time.
Application:
Applicable to various low-multiple foam fire extinguishing systems. It can be used in conjunction with dry powder, and can also be used in the form of "underwater spraying" to extinguish large oil tank fires. It is widely used in the prevention and extinguishing of fires in airports, oil fields, large chemical plants, chemical warehouses, oil depots, ships, docks, etc., especially suitable for fire extinguishing scenes involving various means of transportation.
Typical Properties:
| Foaming multiple (20℃) | 7.0±1.0 |
| Oil fire extinguishing time | ≤3.0min |
| Oil fire anti burn-back time | ≥10min |
Sediment (20℃), % (V/V) | ≤0.25 |
pH(20℃) | 6.0-9.5 |
25% liquid separation time (20℃) | 4min |
| Viscosity | ≤500cp |
Storage:
It can be mixed with both fresh water and seawater.
It should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry, ventilated place at a temperature of -5-40℃.
The packaging specifications are 25kg, 50kg, and 200kg plastic barrels.
Do not mix with other fire extinguishing agents of different systems to avoid affecting the effect.
