mold release | 5-8 times |
1. Performance Characteristics of Water - based Fluorine - containing Release Agent
(1) Superior Performance
Excellent release performance, does not contaminate the mold; The dry film does not adhere to the finished product. One - time spraying allows for multiple demoldings, with excellent demolding persistence. It reduces the number of mold cleanings, improves productivity, and reduces the defective rate of finished products. The film does not accumulate in the dead corners of the mold. Fluorine - containing release agent products are not easy to transfer, which can maintain a good surface effect of the product. The surface of the product does not need to be treated and can be directly subjected to various secondary processing such as printing and bonding. Water - based fluorine - containing release agents avoid the problems caused by solvents composed entirely of alcohol, etc.
(2) Wide Application Range
Release for PE, EVA, PVC, PP, PC, SBR, FKM, NBR, EPDM, SMC, FRP, epoxy resin, phenolic resin, semi - rigid polyurethane products, wood fiber, acrylate, etc. It is suitable for semi - permanent demolding in the rubber, silicone rubber, and other rubber industries. It is suitable for semi - permanent demolding in the rotational molding industry. It is suitable for demolding in the mandrel hose industry. It is suitable for the production of normal - temperature and high - temperature compression - molded products. It is suitable for various molds made of alloys containing nickel, vanadium, aluminum, tantalum, niobium, zirconium, titanium, etc.
(3) No Corrosion to Equipment, Harmless to Humans and the Environment
Water - based fluorine - containing release agents have no corrosive effect on equipment and are harmless to humans and the environment.
3. Usage Method of Water - based Fluorine - containing Release Agent
(1)When using for the first time, the old release agent on the mold should be completely removed. Cleaning the mold with an alkaline solution at a temperature of 60 - 80°C is more effective.
(2)Dilute with pure water and stir evenly. Then, apply it evenly on the mold surface by air spraying, brush, or waste cloth.
