HC203 is a water-soluble carboxylate anionic fluorocarbon surfactant. It exhibits outstanding corrosion inhibition performance at extremely low application concentrations and effectively reduces the surface tension of aqueous systems. When applied to products such as aqueous coatings, paints, waxes, and polishes, it demonstrates excellent wetting, leveling, and anti-orange-peel properties. Due to the presence of carboxyl groups, it is not suitable for use in hard water systems containing polyvalent cations.
Applications
Corrosion Inhibition: Provides excellent oxidation resistance when applied to most metal surfaces.
Paints and Coatings: Offers superior leveling, reduces orange-peel effects, and is compatible with most aqueous formulations.
Polymers: Excellent demolding performance, effectively removes CaSO4 surface layers, acts as a coupling agent for fillers, provides anti-fouling and UV resistance, and is compatible with most aqueous formulations.
Adhesives: Enhances the wetting performance of most aqueous formulations.
Waxes and Polishes: Provides superior leveling, reduces orange-peel effects, and is compatible with most aqueous formulations.
